Nothing special, no gimics. I eat healthy, exercise hard, do different things to keep the metabolism guessing from zigzagging, carb cycling, spike days, etc.0 -

I just started today...and I would like to lose 80-100 pounds...a bit overwhelming...hoping inspiration by folks like you will help me continue on and stay focused.
