    Tomorrow is my last day of 30 Day Shred. But I'm going to do a round two of it. So I'm not doing so many modified moves. Then hopefully I can move onto Ripped in 30 Days. I also want to include couch to 5k. I have new shoes and a new bra to try out.

    Im starting C25K today!!! I dont know if you seen i posted an awesome link to free podcasts on itunes. I cant wait to start, although i think it may be a little bit of a slow start since it is only running 1 minute at a time for the first week. i currently can run for about 10 minutes at a time but it may be more difficult than it seems :o) Im sure at about week 3 ill be swearing at the treadmill as im about to fall off! lol. :o)

    I did my L3D1 of 30 DS. I put it into the sheet. 9 more days of it. I'm not sure if I'm ready for Ripped in 30 or not. We'll see what I feel like after this is ended (the 30 DS) that is.

    How're all today?

    I woke up tired and grumpy. It may have something to do with the fact I'm going on Day 5 of 7 without an off day from work. That's why I'll be glad when Friday comes. I'll have Friday and Saturday off!

    I had an awesome run last night.....plan for day 3 of accountability is Day 2 Level 2 of 30 Day Shred...yes i started over..i felt that since i took more than a week off of it...i should just refresh....this time i am not doing it everyday, but at least 3-4 times a week.

    We do actually have a 'gent' just one as far as i know :o)

    As for my plan for the day: 30DS D2L1 (Level one is pretty easy considering i got through it 2 weeks ago then had to stop, so i decided im going to do Level 1 for 5 days, Level 2 for 12 days and Level 3 for 13.) And tonight is my gym night so i will do D1W1 of C25K.

    Truth be told, it was a busy day yesterday so I didn't do anything strenuous. But I made myself do a quick abs workout before bed so I could do at least a little something. Tonight is yoga!

    Just finished both of my workouts. I'm glad that we are both doing C25K. I'm so glad to have joined this group!

    Phew, i had 2 great workouts today. I was feeling froggy this afternoon and put together a playlist and did my own personal Zumba class in my living room (my husband made fun of me big time for this:blushing: ) and just got home from my first session of C25K. All n all i think it was a pretty productive day....sadly i will be WAYYY under in calories again today just hope it doesnt kick me in the *kitten* but im just not hungry. :ohwell:

    How was everyone elses day today!!?? I hope nothing but awesome! :flowerforyou:

    Time to relax and soon Bed.

    My day 2 was slow but still got in a nice walk.. Tomorrow is a new day!

    Three wonderful days off from Jillian and my Ripped in 30 DVD just arrived. Will start it either tomorrow or Friday.

    Hey all you November Nonsensers!

    It's a cold rainy day here but I woke up in a good mood. Yay! Must mean I got some good sleep in.

    Today's the last day of work for me and its only half day because I put in my paid time off for the rest of it. I just need some "me" time. So I'll take the rest of today for "me" and I have Friday and Saturday off. Good thing too because I don't have any foods in the freezer! It is completely empty. I'm using up the last of my chicken today so will be hitting the store tomorrow. I'm hoping the Kroger here still has the veggies on sale. They were doing a $10 for 10 sale on them. That's a pretty good deal! Yes they are frozen but those last longer for us around here. I'll pick up some meat too from Aldi grocery store. They are usually cheaper for meat here then anywhere else. Just got to plan my list out and see what I want to make and figure out what non food items are needed. Cat food and the paper products thing. Probably should put gas in the car too, boo! Do not want. Gas is expensive.

    Allright well I guess I've blabbed enough..

    So here's to a wonderful Thursaday!

    I'll do my L3D3 of JM today probably around the same time I always do it. Consistency with time and all. As weird as that sounds. LOL.. If i do it at a different time it just feels weird. Of course I might just be a bit on the odd side when it comes to that. Or I'll be cleaning up the house and it needs a good scrubbing. I haven't decided which. Probably do both.

    I am in a very foul mood this morning ladies and I will be in my staff retreat most of the day. I am already slacking and can't seem to hit play on my dvd player. I am so sorry that I am such a worthless teammate. :(

    Good morning!!! No real plan today....i am going to focus on running sometime this weekend and maybe a day of the shred....today i will probably do something light with the boys.....lets do this ladies!!! its about diet too so keep it in check!! whats your goal this month? how many pounds? inches? Mine: i want to get into a healthy routine, shred some, run some, and make it out the month 3 pounds lighter!!

    Amber: Sounds like a plan girlfriend, I think i have the grocery store in my plans for today as much as i hate it but i, too, am running out of food in my refrigerator. :sad:

    Meghan: Jump, Shake, Shimmy the bad mood out (not sure if your little guy watches Yo Gabba Gabba...lol) Even if you cant press play if your routine includes some TV time utilize the commercial time for crunches and such. I usually do that on Tuesdays while i watch biggest loser. :o) You got this Mama, just think about your big date :bigsmile:

    Latoya: So far my plan is my usual 6pm Zumba class, i might get into more but i have been having trouble eating my 1200 calories for the day and i dont want to kill a loss because im not eating enough. My goal is to be around 135 by the end of the challenge...i think the spreadsheet says 136ish which is a 5% loss for the month. I am so ready for the 130s!!!

    How is everyone else today? Lets make this a productive day shall we!! Lets burn more calories than we did yesterday!!! How bout it!!!!?? :o)

    Now go workout!!!!

    I need to go grocery shopping tonight as well!!! And I am going to have to go hungry because I don't have anything for dinner. I must make good choices while shopping hungry! LOL :)

    Meghan -- sorry you are having a bad day -- YOU ARE NOT A TERRIBLE TEAMMATE!!! WE WOULDN'T BE HERE WITHOUT YOU!!!!!!!!! You are wonderful and I agree - jump, shake and shimmmy that bad mood out :)!!!

    AHHHHHHHH the plan. Well. I think I am crazy and will do a half marathon in February. That being said, I have to start my training schedule. SO today is run 2.5 miles. and then I will walk for about 5 minutes after that. Burn more cals than yesterday.... check! This is the plan for after work.

    Latoya: My plan/goals? My goal is to be around 200 but that's 13 lbs and may not be possible but will be trying my hardest to get pushed down there at end of the month. If I get there awesome if not no worries because I know I'm trying and doing all I can to achieve the numbers lost.

    Looks like a lot of us will be going onto the grocery store. Let's remember make good choices. ::laugh: not always easy to do!

    Berv: Are you able to eat a snack or anything small before going? That can help definitely even when we don't have anything else in the house.

    Amber - I shouldn't be tooooooo hungry -- I will have my afternoon snack at work at like 2 and then I am done at 4 - so I shouldn't be tooooo bad :)

    Oh. And I forgot about my goal for the month. Well I want to be down 10lbs by Christmas so I was thinking to be to 140 by the end of November. Then final ultimate goal will be 135 for Christmas. That will be 50lbs for me!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH

    take it day by day...dont give up...focus on eating and maybe the healhy choices will motivate you to do an exercise! you are a great teammate!
