Friday November 4th
You need to do this in a circut all at one time (not broken up throughout the day). You can however break up the numbers into easier sets. Allow about 1 minute rest between sets.
75 jumping jacks
40 crunches/sit ups
30 squats
10 push ups
100 oz (12.5 cups) of water
Saturday November 5th
2 Sets of 15 swimmers press
2 sets of 15 wood chops
2 sets of 21's
2 sets of 15 tricep kickbacks
100 oz of water

I must have overdone it yesterday, because this morning I woke up in pain (besides my feet). My left shoulder and neck, my right elbow and my left inner thigh are all stiff and sore. If it were minorpai, I would suck it up, but I have a slight limp and have a hard time lifting anything. WTHeck??? Getting older stincks, LOL. Sorry ladies, I will only be able to complete the water portion of today's challenge since jumping jacks and push ups are out of the question today.

Hey ladies! I got my water in, but didn't manage the workout. I think having to look up the exercises was a real barrier for me. I was excited that this was an exercise challenge, but I didn't realize that someone else would be picking them daily.
Betterwithage, if you know someone else who would like to replace me, please do so. I'll keep trying until then and plan to keep cheering you ladies on regardless! Thanks.0 -

From Belinda...I will give a list of exercises that can be done at home for each day of the week (I will try to get to where I can give you a week out at a time). Your team earns 1 point for each day that you do said exercises. We will always have Sunday as a rest day so that should be 6 days of activity (4 this week). If ALL of your team does the activity EVERY day then you will earn a bonus 5 points for the week.
You also will earn points off of how much weight is lost and I will add in some extra bonus items for the teams to keep it fun and exciting like extra points for water drank, miles walked/ran, crunches or etc....Saturday November 5th

30 plank intervals (by this I mean start with arms extended then lower one arm to rest on your forearm and then lower the other so you are in a lower plank. Just like week one you can break these up into a circut of your choice. However, do your best to keep this as one workout. The easiest way to break it up is into 5 sets but you are free to do it as you would like.

Tuesday is all about the legs...Tuesday =leg day
100 jumping jacks
40 squat kicks (squat then kick right leg kick left leg squat)
1 mile run/walk on top of what you already had planned for the day. If 1 mile is easy make it a 5k
50 toe touches -- feet shoulder width with hands on hip. Bend as waist touch toes and back uo to hands on hips
60 calf raises --- can be done on flat ground. Add weight or a ledge to increase difficulty
10 one leg squats on each leg
Don't forget that your team is also earning bonus points for your TOTAL calorie burn for the day. This includes your full workout and not just what you burn doing this leg workout.0 -
