    Here are the results for yesterday. Missblonde, I know you are having trouble getting online but I know you are doing it so I put you down. and luvmybeebees I saw where you said that you were tied up with kids for a few days:) so I just put a 0 there cause I know your are still there...if you did get any of it done I can change it on tomorrows if you let me know! :)

    :sad: no walk for me today have to replace that with a workout dvd.
    I am finishing off my calories in about 3 hrs gauranteed lol.
    I have my exercises done.
    water check :)
    so 4 outta 5 aint bad

    YEAH! i actually got in some exercise today!!

    Calories: Yes!
    Exercise Calories: Yes!
    Exercise: Yes! (I did the 30 day shred)
    Walk: Only 1/2 mile
    Water: DAMN! only 8 glasses so far, but will be having more very shortly.......so by the end of the night I will be up to 10
  • Bad eating day for me, but here goes

    1. Ate over my calories
    2. Logged everything though
    3. Had 9 cup of water
    4. 30mins of exercise

    I pray tomorrow be a better day.

    Hello everyone! Sorry I've been MIA - hubby is out of town, and kiddies seem extra needy!! I have been getting some exercise in, but not too much computer time :sad:

    11/07:

    1-EAT YOUR CALORIES- Done!
    2-EAT YOUR EXERCISE CALORIES BACK - Done,
    3-1 ½ MILE EVERYDAY - none, sorry.
    4-100 SIT/UPS or CRUNCHES (pick your style/styles), 30 SQUATS, 25 ARM PRESSES - done
    5- 10 CUPS (8oz each) of WATER! - Done, but hard to do - my body wants to stop at 8!! LOL!

    got it! Wow 8 miles? That's impressive...I get so bored after about 1 and a half (takes about 20 min)..I just can't make myself keep going...Now If I am doing something else like a video or something more fun and that takes more focus the time passes faster and is not so boring.

    Goodness my brain is so scrambled lately I did all the things for wk 3's challenge yesterday. Then thought it was Friday & hurried in a 25 minute dvd workout & posted completion for wk 4's challenge yesterday!! aaahh
    So I'm check on all 5 things for wk 3's challenge :)
