    1.Push up (can modify if needed)
    3. 2. Tricep Push ups (hands in a triangle in front of you instead or shoulder width) Modify as needed
    4. Tricep press/dip
    5, Walking or high/low plank
    6. On floor chest fly
    7. Side to side push up
    8. Yoga Pump craze for the advanced person --- YOU CAN SKIP THIS IF YOU ARE NOT ADVANCED

    Yeah! Workout #1 done this am for 215 calories - looking forward to the challenge workout later on today. (okay, that sounds sadistic but I'm so happy not to be sick!)

    todays challenge all done, just gotta do wii ea active then im done for the day im just having a little break b4 i start! I walked 7 miles and had zumba this morning. BIG burn today so far! :bigsmile:

    Today's WI was 143.5 - yeah!!!! I got in the challenge workout yesterday which brought me up to a total of 300 calories burned for the day.

    hi everyone! i'm back! yay! since i'm kinda out of the loop, i'm going to let this week ride out with the temp captain. is that okay? i totally sucked and didn't do anything while i was in new york. it was just too hard since i was jet lagged the first part of the week and then we were eating tons of thanksgiving food so the fruits and veggies were not as many as i hoped for. plus, the nearest grocery store was an hour drive. lol. i'll do tomorrows and the rest of the week's work outs. :-)

    I am still waiting for a few teams to finish up but thought I would share your final details with you. As a group you guys managed to drop 7.9 pounds this month. The biggest loser was Divagettinfitin2011 with 4.8 pounds gone!

    The total team points for Week 5 happened to be 38 and your grand total was 193 points. Hopefully the other teams will have their info in within a few hours and I can post all the final details.

    Ladies you did an amazing job under the circumstances. I hope you enjoyed being part of this challenge.

    ive loved it although i was finding it hard when i felt like i was doing it alone for a bit. But im sooooo looking 4ward to the december challenge. thanx again both of you for all the work you have done on the challenge.x :bigsmile:
