I wore a dress I hadn't worn in 4 years and it was looser on me than it was then!0

I packed away a bunch of clothes about 6 months ago that I could not stuff myself into. Today I pulled out a pair of jeans and they are too big......Now I'm going through that box to see what fits and whats too big already!! So much nicer than not fitting because you are too big!0

My NSV is that I packed up all of the halloween candy today including the (ack!) Snicker bars and placed them all in a bag to drop off tomorrow at work.0 -

"non-scale victory" -- such as, it's 5 days after Halloween, and there is still candy left! HAHA!
(Previously, I would totally have eaten it ALL by now, and already bought MORE in the after-Halloween clearance sales!)

My NSV...I very seldom drink soda now. Actually, the thought of drinking it kind of grosses me out. Even diet. I love my lemon water!0 -
I went to a 2nd hand store today and saw a cute t-shirt for 50 cents. It was size M but I got it anyway thinking "I'll fit into it soon".... but here I am sitting in it and it fits perfectly!
And yesterday I bought some size 14 jean shorts. No more shopping in the large ladies section.0 -
i went to subway (first time in a month) and i got chicken terriyaki WITHOUT cheese (first time ever) and NO fatty sauce. I went to get a diet drink and thought no i don't need that i have water. When i got home i took my footlong and halved it, ate one half and put the other in the fridge for tomorrow! I am really proud of myself; today was like a lightbulb moment, I figured out that i don't need alot of things i only want them! All i need is exercise, nutritious food and alot of water
Also i put my scales in the cupboard today so i can't use them for a week and today was my 12th day in a row working out. Lots of NSV today0 -
I'm wearing one of my favourite shift dresses to work, and my love-handles dont look so prominent in it anymore0

I took almost all of my clothes out of my wardrobe as they are ALL too big... AND brought some new summer shorts about 3-4 sizes smaller!
AND... I ran/walked just over 4km in 30 mins...0 -
Planned out my food day and for the first time actually went over 1200 calories, on purpose. Yay, protein!0

Was going to wear my black suit jacket today...put it on and it looks ridiculously big. Trousers were too big a while ago, looks like the top half is catching up (or is it down?)!0

I had to put on a belt with my jeans today because they were too big.0

I went out to lunch at my favorite Chinese restaurant today. Instead of eating my all time favorite pork fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. I had a bowl of won ton soup and 1 pot sticker. I ended up taking more than half of the soup home in a to go container.0

I tried on my size 8 pants today. I'm finally able to button them!0

I ran for 10 minutes today, AND was encouraged by someone next to me (who I didn't know) to keep going and that I was doing a great job :blushing: :happy:0

Drank only water today and didn't have any candy or junk. Kept my food diary COMPLETELY accurate: Finally broke the habit of "if I don't write it down, I can pretend it didn't happen."0

Had twice as much cereal for breakfast as I normally do and didn't flip out about it.0

I realised that in 2 months ive lost 4 inches off my waist (pplohave been saying my waist was getting smaller ) 1 inch off my hip and 3 inches off my bust!!0

For the first time my gut doesnt hang over my pants and i can button them and actually breath(Sorry hella gross i know, i myself am disgusted!) and its only been 10 days of my new lifestyle0

While walking the neighborhood, three construction workers building on a house across the street from ours told me that I was doing a fantastic job. One of them even stated that after watching me walk the entire neighborhood this past week, he'd felt motivated to start working out as well.
Also, I was feeling a bit lazy this evening, but I forced myself to get up and go to aerobics.0 -
thought my thighs looked smaller today and i measured them again and i lost .5 inches since the 8th on them, And 2 inches total since October 3rd0

One of my co-workers said I was looking good. She complimented me on my jacket which she said "hangs nicely".
However I have worn that jacket regularly for the last 6 months. What was different was the shirt - it was an "old" shirt that now fits me.0 -
I work at a K-12 school and the head PE teacher said I'm looking great !0

I squeezed into some Old Navy size 10 jeans. Had to do the lay on the bed to zip and button but hey, I wore them all day ! : )0

Was told by several people today at work that I was skinny and looked great. I haven't lost any weight for two months but I was wearing a new dress and boots. I've never felt comfortable wearing a dress until now and couldn't wear boot because I've always had big calves.0

I wore a shirt that , if I DO wear, I normally spend the day pulling it down because it's too tight and rides up.
But I didn't have to! Yay!0 -
I walked 3 miles yesterday and wasnt worn out. I'm drinking 2 liters of water a day and I cook healthy food for myself if my family has something thats not so appealing. Oh Oh Oh and and I have cut my portions down and I dont go back for 2nds0
