Five pounds of muscle weighs more than five pounds of fat.
No, no, no! A 10lb dumbbell weighs more than 10lb of paper or a 10lb baby. :laugh:0 -
I'm almost cut enough to shell out some broscience.
According to other bros you're cut enough to dish out some worthless information at will.0 -

Wondering why the weight of the world is so heavy on your shoulders? BECAUSE YOU HAVE WEAK TRAPS BRO! 5000 DUMBELL SHRUGS AND SCREAM BRO!
Guys don't forget to go hard on your kegel exercise. Also, we have no idea what a kegel is but 3 sets of 500 should work.
3 set of 500 kegals :noway:0 -
Just because you have the ability to incorrectly interpret that which another does differently doesnt mean you should shove it down everyone's throat...you are not always right....
Yeah, I can be guilty of that one.0 -

Carbs and diet soda cause excessive abdominal fat.

Sugar turns to fat.
20 pounds of muscle OBVIOUSLY weighs more than 20 pounds of sugar. You have to have like 40 pounds of sugar to equal 20 pounds of muscle.
You didn't know that?0 -
And don't EVER eat right before bed, unless it is cottage cheese or other bland protein thing...
Or you'll get thunder thighs by midnight.0 -

Water makes them reproduce. Eating after midnight turns them into gremlins.

I need to graze ALL DAY LONG like a COW to keep my metabolism going.
Oh, and when I do eat, I must eat like a RABBIT because ANY AND ALL FAT IS BAD.
And if some cardio is good, LOTS of cardio is even better, right? Because then I can RUN LIKE DEER!
(I'll put y'all out of your misery now and stop amusing myself with the animal analogies. )0 -
Love this thread.
"oh noes! I missed my anabolic window! Now i will lose ALL my muscle mass!"0 -
if you want to get ripped brahs, stay away from high GI carbs, they are bad for you because they spike your insulin and make you fat0
-
- Unless you drink nothing but pure water you will get dehydrated and you will never lose weight
This!! I never drink pure water, I have a bit of concentrated juice with 1L water and have that with me all day for when I'm thirsty. I can't stand plain water.
Also:
Lift light weights, high reps to tone and not add bulk.
To show your abs, just do sit ups, crunches (insert another ab exercise here)
Eating a high fat diet causes you to get fat.
Carbs are evil!
You've been eating at a deficit and are exercising but you've gained 5lbs. You must be gaining muscle!0
