    20 pounds of muscle OBVIOUSLY weighs more than 20 pounds of sugar. You have to have like 40 pounds of sugar to equal 20 pounds of muscle.

    Oh, and when I do eat, I must eat like a RABBIT because ANY AND ALL FAT IS BAD.

    And if some cardio is good, LOTS of cardio is even better, right? Because then I can RUN LIKE DEER!

    This!! I never drink pure water, I have a bit of concentrated juice with 1L water and have that with me all day for when I'm thirsty. I can't stand plain water.

    Also:
    Lift light weights, high reps to tone and not add bulk.
    To show your abs, just do sit ups, crunches (insert another ab exercise here)
    Eating a high fat diet causes you to get fat.
    Carbs are evil!
    You've been eating at a deficit and are exercising but you've gained 5lbs. You must be gaining muscle!
