I need to graze ALL DAY LONG like a COW to keep my metabolism going.
Oh, and when I do eat, I must eat like a RABBIT because ANY AND ALL FAT IS BAD.
And if some cardio is good, LOTS of cardio is even better, right? Because then I can RUN LIKE DEER!

if you want to get ripped brahs, stay away from high GI carbs, they are bad for you because they spike your insulin and make you fat0

This!! I never drink pure water, I have a bit of concentrated juice with 1L water and have that with me all day for when I'm thirsty. I can't stand plain water.
Also:
Lift light weights, high reps to tone and not add bulk.
To show your abs, just do sit ups, crunches (insert another ab exercise here)
Eating a high fat diet causes you to get fat.
