Good for you! I have heard all of those same negative comments from my friends and family (your obsessive, you have an eating disorder, you need to eat, you can't eat that I thought you were on a dieeetttt, you're an exercise psycho) It's extremely hurtful that the people that you love and would encourage through anything want to burst your bubble. Glad you got through it, you are an inspiration.

You're looking great! I love that you're not looking at this as a "diet". You're absolutely right that we need to make lifestyle changes and to acknowledge and allow ourselves to have those special events where we overindulge a bit. I have absolute confidence you'll make your goal. You are an inspiration. Hopefully, your family and friends will come around.

fortunately, my family has been very supportive along my journey, BUT, i definitely know how you feel when it comes to the "friends" thing... it's so sad... we're trying to live healthier lives, & they're mad b/c they don't have the willpower and discipline to do the same :ohwell:
