These were super dense and still not sweet enough for my liking. However, I think the protein content is worth the "okayness" of them so I'll be finishing the rest of the batch over the next couple of days.0

I made these last night and ate two for breakfast this morning. They were great!
I followed the recipe posted and added some raisins and chopped walnuts and also used natural whey protein powder not flavoured.
They were not overly sweet, I didn't expect them to be but they were very flavourful and I had guilt free muffins for breakfast!

I liked these when I first made them, but within a day or two they were dry little rocks, even though I kept them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I ended up throwing over half of them away. I don't recommend this recipe. It was a waste of all that protein powder.0
