    These look pretty darn good. I made the Jamie Eason pumpkin protein bars and it needed just a bit of help on the sweetness side. So maybe I'll try these and place a few dark chocolate chips on top of the muffins a few minutes before they're done. I'll try to post this weekend if I get to make them.

    These sound absolutely yummy! I use unflavored protein powder so I might try adding a dash of vanilla extract. I may also add some ground flax seed into the mix. And to change it up a bit, instead of adding almonds on top, could just add some walnuts or pecans in the batter. I can't wait to try this. Might just have to go to the grocery store right now.

    I made these and while the texture was good, the flavor was nonexistent! I can't figure out what I did wrong, maybe I should add stevia next time? But they are completely saved by about 2 tablespoons of Cary's maple syrup at 15 calories, for dipping. Thanks for the recipe!
