    How on earth are you ladies able to get that toned?! I could use all the tips you've got....I feel like I am *almost* at a good goal weight but I had a baby 4 months ago and I have NO idea how to get my body's tone back- suggestions??
    lifting weights/ body building / eating enough protein to maintain your muscle ;)

    Seriously?! It seems like all my fat is on my back (and my belly lol). You f'ing rock! I work out 5-6 days a week.... how much back work do you do? Huge motivation! I may put you on my fridge!

    My husband and I were just talking about this today, how I want my body to look.I told him I would like to see my abs but not into a over baring workoutaholic body building gross looking way, just would like to have that look to my stomach where it kind of out lines it all. Would be nice. I'm more focused on getting the weight off, but making sure I don't sag anywhere. I had a baby 11 months ago, I dropped 70lbs in my pregnancy, but I was 250lbs of nothing but fat, 70lbs lighter put me at 180, I gained 25lbs back, I'm almost back down to that 70lbs gone. I guess I should take back photo's so I can have something to be proud of when I do get to that point and look back and say "Eww hell no, I won't get back there."

    You guys are great inspiration! All you who posted photo's I can see change in all of you. I so can't wait to see results like this.

    This picture was taken Monday night 11/14. I'm the one in the middle. Currently I'm down to 155 pounds. 25 more pounds till I reach my goal weight!

    I have lost 10 lbs so far and still got 30 more to go but I like the difference already, i didnt have to wear black this past weekend to hid the front and back fat! Black - before April 2011 Pink - last Saturday

    just portion controlling and cardio 4x a week for more than 30 minutes :D i added strength training later and wish i had started sooner! i eat around 1500-1700 calories a day :)
