    I had this problem I was never regular and at one point went 3 weeks without going and it was painful. Finally I started getting really bad tummy pains and went to the doctors, i never connected the tummy pains with the toilet habits, doctor told me I have IBS, I would recommend a trip to the doctor there might be something going on behind the scenes.

    Try PGX daily - its a natural fibre and you can adjust up and down how much you take - it should help.
