I am in risk management-aka insurance industry. Primarily handle Life, LTC & Medicare supplement insurance, so in doing so it has really brought home to me what good health today can mean for the future.0

I am a Grants Specialist...........I'm the person who takes care of the "oh my gosh I got a grant, now what the hell do I do with it"" stuff............reports and budgets and rules and such.

#1- I have a bachelor's in Health Information Management and RHIA certification, working toward a Masters.
#2- I have an AAS degreen in medical technology and have worked in Blood Banks, Clinical Chemistry, hematology, and microbiology labs with a stint in research and genetics.
#2- Freelance writer, not often but I do sometimes get paid to write.
#3- Wrestling Coach, some seasons.

Im a fulltime social work student, and a mommy of a 2 year old and a 4 year old, and I work part-time at the YMCA in Kids Care0

From when I could start working till 20 I was in fast food work, was a swing manager (sucked but I actually miss the being busy all the time).
Then I was a stay at home mom.... My husband got hurt at work so now for the last almost 4 yrs I have been an on-site apartment manager for low income tax credit properties (oh the joys:)
On top of mananging apartments I'm a mom to 5 yr old and 9 month old!0 -

Before that, I was the office manager/full charge bookkeeper for a company that designed and manufactured decorative doorbell covers like this (which I helped design):

Mom (& wife) is my only one. I studied physics, then history, in college, and sometimes think of going back for my Master's, possibly going farther. I'm not sure if I'll work when my kids are older, but if so, I think I'll take the Master Gardeners program at my University, and do something in that field, or just volunteer work.

Certified Property Valuator NABPOP (which as of lately has been my main occupation, I drive around and take photos of other people's home - interior/exterior - and then project list and sale prices based on comparables within their neighborhood). It's like an appraisal but can't be called an appraisal because I'm not an appraiser (needing this disclosure......just in case).
