    Chick peas
    Baked crispy pita bread (measured and used in moderation of course!)
    Hard boiled eggs
    Various shredded vegetables
    dried cranberries
    Chicken
    taco meat
    Chili
    raisins
    sprouts
    cashews
    pistachios
    homemade italian
    balsalmic vinegar
    lemon juice/olive oil/salt
    Half mixed field greens and half iceberg (yeah I know it has zero nutrition but I love it)

    Of course this does not all go on the same salad.. but these are my standard "go to" ingredients that I choose from. A salad for me can easily go over 600 calories of deliciousness... which is fine because it really is a complete meal!
