White food

Carbs after 4 pm
Food after 7pm
Food
Bread
Corn

I have never read anyone who said I should avoid red meat, which surprised me. I thought red meat was the food of the devil.

I eat all of them and at any time I feel like. Though to be very honest I don't eat too close to bedtime simply because I can't be bothered to get up and pee/poop at 2am.0 -

You can have cauliflower though - even though it is white!0 -
I was always told Fruit was healthy along with veg and can't imagine eating an egg without the yolk, its the best part!
I'm low carb and that seems to be working for me with the occasional treat thrown in, usually I exercise on a treat day so have 'spare calories' anyway and my weight is still going down consistently despite the occasional chocolate brownie and yorkshire pud with roasties! :laugh:0 -
Moderation on everything works for me. Check your calories!0

I try to structure my simple carbs early in the morning, (yogurt, banana, cottage cheese, ect), and then complex carbs to replenish glycogen levels immediately following my workout. If you're unable to get to the gym under after 5PM, I'd advice getting all your carbs in early as to promote energy throughout the day.0

Moderation! What's the point of working so hard if you can't treat yourself every once & awhile?! Just watch your calories & workout! But don't eat like crap all the time. Just because it's high cal doesn't mean it's not good for you. fruits & veggies are good. Protein is good. Just don't pig out.0
