    Ear wax, now that is completely fine. It is neither white, nor pink. As long as you eat it before 4pm, no worries at all.

  • Depends on when you exercise. Carbs give you energy, so you should eat them a few hours before you work out. Some people don't exercise till 8pm at night!

    I havent heard it mentioned that you shouldn't have gluten, or cook your food at temps higher than 180°F.

    Neither have I, but then I havent been on here very long. Shall I add them to the list? What about cooking bananas over that temperature ;)

    Don't eat Junk Food!
    I try and avoid chips, chocolate, ice cream, cookies, candy
    If its from the earth its good.
    If you cut out junk food for a while (couple weeks) fruit will become your new candy. I don't believe in not eating fruit. The thing you have to watch out for is Juice.

    On occasion especially with kids you have to treat your self a little. Just take whatever you are going to eat (if junk food) cut your portion by 1/3 to 1/2. I'm the type that has to stop Cold Turkey on things though.

    I eat a hard boiled egg every morning and a grape fruit (when I have time). Bananas are the cheapest fruit and can fill you up.

    Things not to eat: Bleach, drain cleaner, anything you find on the floor of the subway, and glass.
    Things to go ahead and eat: Pretty much everything else.

    Fruit in general, yes. But especially don't eat bananas! One banana will cause at least a 10-pound gain. It is "the worst possible thing" you can eat when trying to lose weight.

    And you also shouldn't sleep. Ever.

    Small bananas are allowed :tongue: especially if your lifting weights and training hard. Potassium is important, don't want to cramp up, even if you are having the right amount of protein Just saying :happy:

    Red meat, contains too much fat.. make sure (if u do eat) it is lean or extra lean! I am grateful that red meat is a big dislike to my taste buds lol

    oranges are the highest in sugar, pineapple and kiwis. anything sweet really :grumble:

    berries are awesome!

    Are big berries ok or only small berries?

    what makes 1cup? blueberries, strawberries, raspberries! .. amount would depend on how many calories you're allowing yourself to eat :smile:
