It's been a bad month, but I'm back in control and back at the gym!0 -
Down 1lb this week but this was done since last Friday as I gained 1lb from over indulging on Christmas day and not enough exercise :grumble: . I'm so lucky I didn't gain more as I ate sooo much. I'll see if I can lose something by Sunday.

This week was rough. I had a major Holiday water weigh gain. I lost 2lbs of it but it's still work in progress.

This was a fun experiment but I can't weigh myself this January so today I weighed myself, have a happy new years all0 -
It's not the 1st yet here, but i'm going to use today's weight. I plan to have a couple glasses of wine and we're going out for dinner tonight. Wheat, Dairy and Eggs make me blow up and it's hard to avoid them when eating out. Today's weight will be more accurate than tomorrow, to be fair I'll use today's weight as starting for next month too.
