    Wow that's one of the most impressive success stories i've seen on here so far, very inspiring.
    How tall are you? Did you do any sports before you got fat?

    I am 5'9 and I wasn't active at all before I started. I used to be active a few years ago, but I never attatched eating well with it.

    Wow, that is amazing! Good for you, quitting the smokes as well. I have been thinking a lot about my own habits lately, and I know that the smoking needs to go. So ridiculous spending hours upon hours taking care of my bod' and health, whlest keep puffing on them things. Did you go cold turkey?

    Yes and no... I quit smoking, but I used camel snus which is like chew without the spitting. I did that for a couple months just to break the habit of smoking. Then I quit the snus cold turkey. I think it worked because I wasn't fighting the nicotine addiction and the habit at the same time. Huge part in regaining my fitness though.
