Eh - i think I'll eat the real stuff - whether we're talking about condiments or other food. I don't see any of those things (calories, fat, sugar, carbs) as bad - it's all about the source you get them from and the amount you eat. As long as you're not slathering on tons of it, regular condiments can be worked into a diet where you're still losing weight. I'm trying to eat foods closer to their natural state - which means I expect them to have calories/fat/sugar/etc. These type of no-calorie condiments would be a step in the wrong direction for me.0
