I was down either 1.4 or 2 lb this week...I don't remember if I gave Rach 228 or 228.6 last week!

I was awestruck....I didn't think I'd lose any...and wow! But TOM is coming so I'll have to be careful (it makes me insanely hungry! :noway: ). I took a day off from exercising today, cuz man are my hamstrings sore!!

I went to lunch with a friend today, and we split a meal, and we didn't even finish it!! :drinker:

Make sure you send in your weights people!!! Every week there's a couple more people I take off the chart because they haven't checked in. If you miss a weigh-in or two, that's okay, just send in your weight on the next one!

Out of the people that weighed in this week:

    Biggest Losers for Week 5:

sanifrey - Highest # of pounds lost
sanifrey - Highest % of weight lost

    Biggest Losers Overall:

sanifrey - Highest # of pounds lost
sanifrey - Highest % of weight lost

    I everyone

    Great Job Sanifrey! :drinker:

Question for all out there. I've been considering getting the Chalene Xtreme because of the outstanding reviews and I'm up for a change but I've heard the same about the PX90. Is one better than the other? Any advise is appreciated!

    Thanks

I'm doing P90x and love it, but connieq could give insight on ChaLean

I was wondering about Charlean also. Im a whimp however. Here are my goals for this week. I want to workout 10 more mins than my normal exercise. So if I do 30day shred I want to do 10more mins than that I don't care what part of the day it is. Then I would like to do my croch exercises  and scissor exercises. Tone my belly and abs. 5x/week.

I have only done 2 days of ChaLean Extreme and so far it is quite a workout. I like it. And it is stuff that I can do right now. Im sure in the next month or 2 I will get to the really harder stuff though. I have never tried P90X so I couldnt tell you which one is harder or better than the other. There are some Beachbody coaches on here that could probably give you more insight to which one you might like. I would go to the Fitness board and maybe post a thread about one vs the other and maybe one of them will reply.

Well I had to take my daughter back to the dr yesterday. Last MOnday she had a really high fever and they gave her a shot of rocephin and then she got better. Well this Tuesday she started running a fever again even though it was a low one and yesterday it got a little higher so I took her back in and they said she has the flu. So no gym for me for the next couple of days so I will be doing my dvd's here at the house instead.

Great job on the weigh ins everyone. Looks like I am losing almost a lb a week. Wish I was losing more. But I will take what I can get.

The teams always dwindle. When I was on the last Biggest Loser Challenge the same thing happened. Everyone gets really gung ho about it to begin with but they lose interest or whatever in it. So congrats to everyone that is still pushing through. I really am proud of us all.

I'm here!! I took yesterday off....but my hamstrings are STILL sore from Mon& Tues! Planning on doing circuit training today (Jillian's Winning By Losing book) and taking a walk with the dog - it's sunny and in the 50s today! :flowerforyou:

I saw a blog post on Sparkpeople that the author said he saw that his friends were slowly dropping off and the new year resolutions are going by the wayside already. I'm guessing that's probably happening here too, unfortunately!

I generally do pretty good until I hit the plateau of 222 (I've tried 3 times to break it and have not!), then it all goes downhill. But I am determined to break it this time...in only a mere 5 pounds!

Good Luck on that Plateua. You can break through it. Just dont give up.
When we do another Biggest Loser challenge Im sure the same thing will happen again. It usually does. But Im proud of myself because I have stuck through 2 of them so far.

I'm here and hoping to workout at some point today however, I have yet another child with the flu. Ick. She is sleeping now after making me wake up so she would have company :grumble: O well she needs the sleep. Good thing the kids just don't have school tomorrow that way she is not missing any school. Im going to add 10 mins to my workout and what im thinking is doing 30 days shred and then a while later doing another 10mins. I don't know if my body would let me do all of it together. I was looking at BL power sculpt has anyone tried this and if so results?? Have a wonderful day everyone. I know mine is going to be a puke.

I just did ChaLean Xtreme burn intervals. That was tough. I only was able to do 30 minutes of it. I burned 257 calories.

I just got the power sculpt & I love it!! Probably too soon to talk about results, I've only done it about 3 times but it really is fun! Some cardio moves in there as well thanks to Bob!! If you like the BL dvd's you'll like this one too!!

OH these sick kids!! They're everywhere!! My girls are both snotty, no fever just alot of snot! At least they're not grumpy, but it means that I'll probably have to keep them in tomorrow as well & miss my step class. Oh well! At least I got some great dvds!!

Today I did the BL Cardio & then added in some treadmill for a burn of 588. I just put some new Britney Spears on my ipod & she really got me movin'!! Love it!! I could've ran all day!! :drinker:

Let's have a good week & keep strong! :drinker:

Did Shoulders and Arms yesterday and up'd my game in Abs. Feeling good but my nutrition isn't so tight. We're literally eating ramen noodles just about every night right now. Funds are tight. I get paid today but after taking out all the bills that need paid over the next two weeks (safety deposit for apartment, student loan payment, car insurance, cell phone bill...)I have $24 left for food and gas. For two weeks! All my credit cards are maxed as well, just from trying to get the things we needed for the apartment. My bf's bills are just as bad. Ugh. I'll figure something out.

Legs & Back and Abs today. It'll be nice to take my mind off things.
