I would like to join this challenge. I have the Walk Slim: Fast and Firm 4 Really Big Miles DVD.
Today is my first visit to MFP in eight months. My focus for December is to improve my stamina and to feel noticeable better physically.
My goal is to complete at least 60 miles.

Didn't make my goals for Nov so I am trying again in December. I am going to walk 40 miles. Just did 2 miles.

I am in. {but I can't do jumping jacks- never could get the legs to cooperate with the arms - LOL} Goal is 60 miles and all the other exercises. Great challenge idea
Ditto, except my Goal will be 50 miles- I will try to get the jumping jacks in - or a modification thereof (I call them Jennifer Jacks as the jumping is a bit crazy and uncoordinated, like me :-)
This is a perfect challenge for me as I just told my husband that with the craziness of December, I need to force myself to get exercise in before work, but it will have to be something fast and not too complicated so I decided on Leslie with maybe the ocasional easy circuit train day.
I have already gotten 5 in for Leslie so far this month so 45 more to go :-)0 -
