    Hope everyone is doing well. This is such a busy month, I've decided to go to the gym in the early morning to get it out of the way as there is so much to do. I feel so much better when I know I've finished a good workout. Now to learn how to relax.

    My goal was to walk 4 miles today but, this cold would only allow me to get in 1 mile. I hope everyone is having a great week !

    I fell short in November (53/60) and since this month I wont have all the days available to me at home and also because I am incorporating other exercises I am lowering my goal to 40 miles. So far I have done 7/40. I have been doing my jumping jacks and squats as part of my regular exercise program for a while now so I am ahead of the numbers required here so I am good. Thanks for having this challenge again. Lets go with Leslie!

    Week 2 (?) Starting December 5:
    Monday December 5, 2011: 2 miles from Leslie 5 Day Slim Down (Miles 1+2)
    Others: Completed 45 Squats
    Tuesday, December 6: 1 mile from 5 Day Slim Down plus 20 squats
    Thursday dec8 3 miles outdoor walking ( can I count that?) in Paris
    Saturday , dec 9 1 mile Leslie ( plus more at Christmas markets) plus squats 20
    Sunday, dec 10 4 express miles Leslie

    Great job everyone! I haven't done anything in the last week. I am still dealing with this cold. I am forcing myself tonight to walk. I am not sure of the miles but, something will be done. Have an awesome walking day!
