    My goal is more than last month (which was just under 120, I think).

    On the bike trainer:
    12/1 - 60 minutes - 13.42 miles
    12/2 - 30 minutes - 7.61 miles
    12/3 - 60 minutes - 14.58 miles
    12/5 - 30 minutes - 6.42 miles (much higher resistance because had to use a different trainer)
    12/7 - 30 minutes - 7.33 miles (so glad my trainer is repaired!)
    12/8 - 30 minutes - 8.12 miles (pushed myself)
    12/9 - 35 minutes - 9.80 miles (pushed myself a bit more)
    12/9 - 40 minutes - 11.16 miles (pushed myself a little bit more)
    Total so far: 78.44 miles

    I'm trying to get out of my 30 minute rut...

    12-02 - 85 Minutes - 17 Miles - 1781 Calories - Sunny, cold and moderate winds.
    12-03 - 75 Minutes - 18 Miles - 2023 Calories - Sunny, 52 degrees, strong cross and tail winds.
    12-04 - 70 Minutes - 17 Miles - 1820 Calories - Trainer ride. Cold, rainy and windy outside.

    December 1: 22 km-cold, but not raining
    December 4: 20 km-cold, not raining and the sun did finally come out in the afternoon.
    December 6: 46 km- rode to and from work today, tired tonight
    December 7: 20 km- decided to take the shorter route with 5 km along highway and tried to ignore the big scary trucks.
    December 8: 20 km- cold, but sunny. I forgot my darn keys at school again and could not lock my bike up at my drop off spot and had to put it on the trolley to get it up the mountain and then walk the final 1.5km up the mountain. I hope by next spring I will be able to ride most of the way up this dang mountain, but I am not there yetl grumble
    December 11: only 8 km. My husband forgot his keys and i had to stop my ride, so we went for a walk instead.

    On the bike trainer:
