it depends on who "one" is. But in general any"one" would be healthier without eating sugar.
I don't know how I misinterpreted this ...
Oh, that. Yes, that should have said "added sugar". My original message that got the bodybuilder guys going said "limit". It would be nearly impossible to not eat any sugar, if you include sugar naturally in foods.0 -
your body needs carbs to function and for energy, and they are good for you - but only the good carbs (whole vegetables and fruits, beans, legumes and whole grains, etc.). Obviously everyone should stay away from bad carbs - refined, processed carbohydrate foods that have had all or most of their natural nutrients and fibre removed.0
