    I just want to say this group is really rocking it with the numbers!!

    Good job to all of us who are still going strong trying to reach 1000 and have exceeded 1000!! We are inspiring each other to get moving and it is a wonderful thing for this time of the year. We are in the home stretch so let's get that 1000 in if we have not. Last month I came so close with 950.

    Whoooohooo to all of you who exceeded 2000 minutes and still going!! That is awesome stuff!!!

    Last night after I checked in from Weds, I went to the gym and did 60 min on the eliptical.

    355 - 60 = 295

    295, Less than 5 hrs to go.

    No formal exercise Fri - Monday. However there was lots of walking on Friday from hours and hours of Xmas shopping. And lots of lifting and bending from hours and hours of cleaning on Saturday. Sunday and Monday I did not exert myself. I'm going to count 30 minutes from Fri & 30 min from Saturday. I need to get my butt in gear the last 5 days of the month.

    295 - 60 = 235

    235 to go and only 5 days! Yikes
