    No formal exercise Fri - Monday. However there was lots of walking on Friday from hours and hours of Xmas shopping. And lots of lifting and bending from hours and hours of cleaning on Saturday. Sunday and Monday I did not exert myself. I'm going to count 30 minutes from Fri & 30 min from Saturday. I need to get my butt in gear the last 5 days of the month.

    295 - 60 = 235

    235 to go and only 5 days! Yikes

    235 - 65 min on the eliptical machine at the gym tonight = 170

    170 to go. Less than 3 hrs. 4 days. I got this!
