Wish I'd seen this group at the start of the month
obviously we're nearly half way through so I'm not going to be able to commit to do 1000 minutes but since I calculated 31 days to be about 32 minutes a day and there's 18 days left (including today so 18 x 32) i'm going to aim to do 576 minutes of exercise.
Hopefully there'll be a group in Jan too and i can do the full 1000 minutes
so far i've done 27 minutes so i'm on 549 minutes.0 -

I just saw this and I'll join! I've only worked out for 238 minutes so far this month. I already know I may not make the 1,000, but I'll shoot for it anyway. This month I'm missing lots of workouts with all the holiday kids' programs and parties. This week is especially making me crazy. I have to miss one workout for a girls scouts party and another workout for my daughter's christmas dance program. Ah, I remember those childless days of working out 5 times every week.....:ohwell:0
