    12/15 62 minutes - 30 strength training, 32 treadmill
    This month to date: 577 minutes total.
  • Adding 75 minutes for yesterday. 15 minutes on the treadmill and 60 mins step class. Another 60 min step class this morning and 60 min strength training.
    Total = 433 minutes
