Sigh...these look so good, right up to the point where I found Carbquik on Amazon and saw that it has sucralose (splenda). That stuff makes me so sick and it doesn't take a lot at all. Sucralose is da debil!
Off to find an alternative!0 -
.... i had no idea carb quik existed...and i think this is the best thing that has ever happened to me. your cinna rolls look aMUHzing!0

I've been craving cinnamon rolls for ages now and never picked them up/made them because of the calories. Definitely going to give these a go! Thanks for sharing0

Hell yeah ...!! That looks good0

Have I missed the bit with the cinnamon? I can't see any in the ingredients and need to know where to put it! lol
Right? You'd think cinamon rolls would have cinnamon in it somewhere haha0 -

Definitely missing the cinnamon lol
FYI to those that buy or are looking to buy Carbquik. It is way cheaper on netrition.com than it is on Amazon. 11.99 on netrition, 25.88 on amazon.0 -
Bumping for later. Love cinnamon rolls; hate the calorie hit of my normal recipe.0

Does anyone know if you can freeze the dough. I know if i make a full batch they will go to waste and bet they taste good fresh from the oven every morning.
I was also wondering where the cinnamon was in the recipe or does it just exist in the name!!
When i googled the mix i found the Betty Crocker Multi Purpose Mix is available in the local supermarket so going to try that before i worry about ordering online. Not sure of the cals yet but for a tester it should be fine.0 -
quick question? wheres the cinnamon part included in the rolls? I'm not seeing it in the recipe
also can I use bisquick instead? I have the low fat version0 -

I just found another low fat recipe for cinnamon rolls, you can tweak it how you want or make your own recipe by mix and matching ideas from each recipe. I am just about to get them started.
