Bring it on, let's go! Making a big batch of lentil soup for lunches to defend myself from the insanity of crappy food choices - not only available to us, but also expected of us this time of year!
7 lbs gets me to my goal (155) for Christmas, and I am not losing quickly, so I need a morale boost!

I hope everyone had a great 1st day to this challenge!!! I did!!!!! Ate great, got a 40 minute walk and it was cleaning day so PLENTY of activity & calories burned cleaning!! :P After I post this I'm gonna check in on a few of you & see how your day went.

If you get a minute, share with us the biggest obstacle you will have in succeeding with this challenge....... Mine is that I never finish what I start. I have & bad day & QUIT! The "I'll start AGAIN next Monday" mindset. Meanwhile it's only Monday afternoon!! LOL So, knowing that you are ALL depending on ME to see this challenge to the end will force me to NOT QUIT!!! I'm the type of person that would NEVER let someone else down but I quit on MYSELF ALL THE TIME!!!
I'm also a motivational quote junkie so I hope you don't mind when I share them.......

As far as my biggest challenge to complete this challenge, mine is the fact that I am headed down a binge eater road these past few weeks and that is the main reason behind my giant increase in weight. I am going to really focus on eating well and not binging during this challenge and beyond. I can't really figure out why I do it cause there is really nothing stressing me out or making me mad so I just need to stop making excuses and get my butt in gear.0
