Yay, you guys are doing great! I weigh everyday, up some on tuesday and back to the same again today. Can't complain though because I sure have been eating crappy and not exercising. I just can not find the time right now for a full work out so I am going to start walking around the work complex 3-4 times a day. Each lap is 7.5 minutes - every little bit helps.

I got it from Apex and I LOVE it. I use this site to log my calories/exercise but sometimes my burn on the bugg is way higher than here so I go by the bugg instead. It is great to see how much you are really burning. I am so addicted to it, I can barely find time to charge it. I don't want to take it off and miss a calorie burn! lol Plus I was really really overestimating my calories burned using this site. Like two hundred-three hundred over. So it is good to have a better number now.0 -

I'm not sure I understand your question?
But yes, sometimes MFP is off on their numbers. Most accurate way to know your number of calories burned is if you use a heart rate monitor or HRM.....0 -

I just weighed in at 132. I ate everything last night. I have a feeling before that I had been down to 131. Its okay. Yesterday I woke up at 5am to study for finals, ate 2 bowls of cereal. Then 5 hours later, I wondered the heck I was soo hungry. My new strategy is waking uop late. If I am not awake, I can't eat. Anyway, finals are over and its go time!!0

Hi all I did the 30ds for the first time found it easy last night but really feeling it today my legs are killing me lol. I have been struggling to eat well at the moment I really need to get out of this I can eat what I want frame of mind. I've been keeping under so that's good just got to avoid the mince pies lol.

I am at 149 today which is exactly ten away from my goal weight so it is now time to get down to serious business. I think this week was all water weight from my bad eating last week/weekend. I think I will have my official weigh in day be Sunday though because that is a week from my first one here. I hope everyone has a good weekend! I am going to do my best to stay on track and not give in to bad foods like I have on the past few weekends!0
