    I have plenty of friends who want to lose b/w 10 and 20 pounds and they complain... You lost over 100 pounds! This is amazing. I love seeing stuff like this because it shows something we all know: With HARDWORK and DEDICATION anything in life is possible. Keep up the good work. Looking good!

    SO awesome! It's really great to hear success stories from fellow grad students, since it's a somewhat unique situation. Even though sticking to healthy food and staying within calorie counts is difficult for everybody, it seems like grad students face kind of unique challenges. You're such an inspiration!
