    Oops, forgot to write my reply!!! This series of pics gives me a lot of hope! This is exactly what I'm aiming for. Can you let me know how long it took from the first to last pic to build up that much?

    170lbs beginning 17% BF
    4 months bulk 205 15%BF
    4 months cut 175 8%BF
    4 months bulk 210 11%BF

    may sound like a long time but trust me... when u start going to gym time flieeeess!

    Thanks. I'm starting at a much lower weight, but hoping to build a little muscle before joining a gym. I've given myself 6 months to have the beginnings of a decent body, so I feel comfortable this summer.......here's hoping!!

    Laddyboy! Gotta show your pics to my DH. I have been trying to get him to come to WW and do p90X with me. Maybe you will inspire him. You look great and are someone he can relate to since you are in the same age group.
