I don't know, i've never been happy with my weight, wasn't exactly fat as a teenager but still quite chubby.0

I've done everything I can to get as much water off as possible but weight won't go lower than 147lbs... so how do I know if thats the weight my body wants to stop at? ... if its decided its comfy there how do I get past it cos I want to lose another 18lb and 2lb of them before xmas day?

LOL OP, You are exactly my ideal weight. I am same height, you are at my goal weight. My ultimate possible goal weight (being my muscular self would be pretty incredible) is the same as yours. 150! Crazy I think You look amazing.0

i'm 28 5'5" and 3/4" it says i should be between 114-and 155 for my age and height. I'm at 147 I need to get to like 120, but it feels like I'm going to be stuck here forever!!!!!!!!!!!!0

I'm 5' with a small frame. I'm 117 and my goal is 105 right now. I'm happy with a higher weight if I'm heavier from muscle and leaner. I was about 95 when I graduated from HS with minimal muscle (no athletics for me then) and no hips. Lol, I remember wanting hips. Sigh. So, I believe 105 may be a reasonable goal.0

Hi, I am 5ft4" (163cm) and my starting weight was 95kg (209.43pounds)... My current weight is 89.9kg (198.19pounds) but my goal weight is 65kg (143.30pounds). Once I get there (or close to) I will reconsider what my goal weight is Maybe even be a bit heavier due to muscle!!! =D I can't wait =D0

5'4 with a 120-125 goal weight. Its right in the middle of the healthy range. I reached my first goal of 135 and I feel like I still have some work. My belly is still here so I'm focusing on strength training to build muscle definition and burn this fat. My bmi is still about 20% and id like to be closer to 15%0

My ideal weight is 136lbs, I'm 5'7" and a half, small frame, always look like I weight less than I actually do...
I want to look curvy ala Kim Kardashian but a bit smaller in the hips and booty area (I don't have what she has there...wish I did)...its very realistic for my body. I'm already at a healthy weight and bmi so I 136 would put me where ever it put me.0 -
I'm 5'4 and my start weight was 243. I'm currently at 221. My goal is to get down to a regular 16...So I believe i would have to weight between 165-170 but I want to keep my curves....especially my butt that I just got by numerous Squad and hours on the elliptical...;)0

I'm 5'10 and currently weight 196. At my heaviest (after having my children) I was 224ish. I started MFP at 219. I would love to be at 180. I felt healthy and good about my body then. I think that 170, maybe 165 would be perfect for me, but I haven't been that thin since 1997 - in college. Now that I have had children, my body has changed a lot and though I will never be super thin (I was 145 when I graduated high school) I think that I could learn to love my body at 180 and feel good about myself.0

Right now, my ideal weight is 160, but I have a feeling that wont be the end of it. Every time I say any number smaller than that, people remind me how sickly I'd probably look. I'm 5'6. I may gun for 140 even.. I just don't want to look like a blowpop sucker.(fat head on a slim body).0

My goal is very similar to this. I'm 5'6, started at 154lbs and want to get down to between 120lbs and 126lbs, so i think 123lbs is a happy medium i am for.
Saying this though, i'd rather lose more inches instead and weigh around 130 mark if my body fat was nearer the 20% mark.

My ideal weight range is anywhere from 95-110 lbs
I'm currently 109.6lbs & trying to get to 102 though! After I reach that, I'll decide whether or not to go lower.
Honestly I'm not worried about my curves because my butt has gotten bigger since I started losing weight/getting in shape & my boobs haven't changed at all really!0
