Why are people so afraid of a bedtime snack? I mean, it's obviously not the time to eat a whopper, but really. Having a snack in the evening will not derail your fat loss goals.
I have found if you eat later than 4 hours before bedtime you will have the Iguana dream. It is terrifying and will haunt you till the end of your days. Eat late at your peril. But I have a class of milk and a cookie everynight about 20 mintues before I go to bed and I've lost 51 pounds. Maybe from sheer terror of the Iguana....0
