Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

    Unfortunately another massive cold did me in for last week and I couldn't get any workouts in. I am going to give this a shot and see how much I can get in before heading out of town on Saturday for the holidays. Good luck everyone! :flowerforyou:
