I moved from Minnesota to London!! My life has just fallen into place perfectly since then. Great job. New friends. Lost weight. Finally got my dream man, literally :).

I lost so far 180 lbs, rode a roller coaster for the first time in forever, I got a new job where I make more money and am appreciated, shop at a regular store instead of a fat man store, but I would say the best thing is the way I changed how I view food.

    1. Getting a job that is a perfect fit for my career right now.
    2. My Dad recovering from cancer
    3. Finding MFP

    Not necessarily in that order...

I maintain that the highlight of this year was getting a question right at trivia night.. the questing being "this is the start of what song" with the beginning sound of a guitar, nothing else. and I answered correctly Fight For Your Right To Party - Beastie Boys.
    Seriously.

But yeah, maybe finding my niche with a good teacher and a good group at work? that could be it.

-Finding MFP and all my MFP pals
-Getting diagnosed as hypothyroid--finally a confirmation that I wasn't crazy, that I really have a medical condition that killed my metabolism --feeling soooo much better on meds
-Letting my BF more and more into my heart and seeing how wonderful love can be (even if it is a lot of work)
-Making some new gf's in my new city
-The confidence I've found via MFP

My son was born and survived having a congenital lung mass, ECMO and being in the NICU for 3 months. The other best thing is that now he sleeps through the night. It really sucked getting up so often and tube feeding him at 4am.

I'm ready for 2012 to be really awesome!
