    I read this yesterday and thought, I can't do this. But I slept on it and thought why not give it a try. I mentioned it to my husband and two boys and they are in. Count all 4 of us in.

    I Am In...I did 144 today but it was only because I was in a challenge..My arms are weak,..So definitely will do 2 tomorrow,.. Thanks for creating this!

    To start I am doing my push-ups with my feet on the couch or bench. I hope I can keep doing them this way. Last week I could only do 7 standard push-ups in a row. I hope that the progressive thing will help me stick with the decline push-ups.

    Just started today....

    I did 3 sets of 3 push-ups on my toes to catch up.... probably will end up doing some on my toes after we pass the 10th day...!

    Also threw in a 15 second plank & side-planks

    I did my 3 decline push-ups yesterday after my workout. They are getting harder but I know I can do one more.

    Don't think about how many you have to do, just remember that it is only one more than you did yesterday. Anyone can do one more, right!

    but did 5 push-ups and 30 second basic plank @ 11:15pm

    oooh i did this a few years ago but didnt get very far . a friend and i did it with pushups, sit ups, and running

    I started january 1st and am doing it with pushups, wall sits, and planks......all at 4 seconds/or 4 individual ones now
