    wowwwwwwwwwwwwww oh my gosh please keep in touch with me. My goal is 100 and sometimes I feel helpless. I have just started a program where I lost 40 lbs before but got pregnant and now starting over again. Now I am attempting the program again and i really want to get to goal of 90-100 lbs gone.

    Congrats! I just did the same thing, what a great feeling that is! You should be very proud of yourself. As for one who knows first hand, 100 lbs is not easy to do.

    That is awesome!! I am down 80 I had lost 23 pounds or so before I started. I am just over half way to my goal. Then I will look to see how much more is needed off because I will still be over weight.
    It is hard work and I am in awe of you!!!
