A nutritionist recommended a jarred pasta sauce?
Not all jarred sauce is bad. There are plenty made of just tomatoes, veggies, and spices.
Here are the Classico tomato basil ingredients:
Tomato Puree (Water, Tomato Paste), Diced Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Citric Acid, Calcium Chloride), Salt, Basil, Garlic, Olive Oil, Onions, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice.
It is a little high in sodium, but generally OK.0
