It seem like you can edit a post for a short period of time after you post. I know I will post something and then suddenly realize I mispelled something or forgot a word (Sometimes I think faster than I can type).
I usually find my last post and click on quote and then remove the quote symbols at the beggining and end of it. Others have said they keep a file on their computer that they update and just copy/paste into a post.0 -

I just didn't do all of the extra steps I normally do yesterday I ended the day under 10,000. All of the longer trips to the bathroom and extra marching does add up!
