i'm glad i found this challenge. i bought a pedometer at the beginning of the month and every night i try to log my numbers in my calender. so now i will log it on here instead.

4 days after my surgery, I had a meet up & walk (80 mnutes) in a park with some MFP pals which kind of tired me out.
Since then I've done Walk Away The Pounds 2 mile walk a couple of times...0 -

I found my old step counter was like that - smaller step were never counted When it broke, I bought an electronice one that does seem to capture those steps so my counts are higher in the past month.0 -
