    Didn't lose weight this week but I know how to fix it...I had 3 days I did not journal or track water and it made a difference even though I exercised. Here's to starting a new week fresh!!!!!

    Oooppphh.....this past weekend tons of sodium. So no change. I had lost a couple since I last posted, but am back up to where I was last Monday. Oh well...I'm sure this too shall pass.

    brooke159 - Advice... Think about why you really wouldn't like to be thinner. Once you know, you can decide if you're able to come to terms with it and continue on with your weight loss journey.

    b757 - Your last post is probably on the thread that we rolled over from.

    I'm still struggling to get the weight off I gained during the holidays. I ended our last challenge (12/24) at 138.8. I'm 140.4 today. My clothes are fitting like they did before Christmas but the scale just doesn't show it yet. :/ Since I ate however I wished, from the morning of 12/24 through 1/2, I guess I have to pay the dues. ;-)

    Since so many people had TOM problems this week, I just want to say that I DON'T MISS IT!! I actually started in 4th GRADE and finished when I was 47.

    The chart will be here tonight by 5:00 PST. Thanks to everyone who weighed in on time! If you haven't posted your weigh in by the cutoff time, it won't be included in this chart.

    I'm actually OK with the mini gain. I always gain on trips and that was a minor gain for me even for just a weekend trip.

    The challenge for this week is to get enough sleep. Let's all try to get eight hours of sleep a night.. We need to be rested so we can exercise and lose the weight..
