    Blag..lost only .4 pounds...but also loss 1/2 inch of my waist and 1 inch off my hips. The weather in the wonderful Pacific Northwest has held me "hostage" this week...snow. I don't mind getting out an walking when it's cold, but the new snow makes it scarey walking on Aladdin Road with the snow plows and logging trucks whizzing by. Walking up in the woods is out too...Cougers, wolves and coyotes...Oh My!! Unless I want to carry a side arm...that's out. LOL

    Well everyone! This is the last week of January (full week that is!)drinker

    Can you believe that we are almost done with month one of this year! It's crazy! I cannot believe how many people
    we have on track with this Challenge!

    I want to congratulate everyone this month for giving it your all and for the mini goals, and all the weight loss so far!
    Together we can accomplish anything! flowerforyou

    LETS REALLY PUSH OURSELVES THIS WEEK! EXERCISE THE MOST! EAT LESS, WORKOUT MORE! DRINK MORE WATER!
    IT'S the final (full week of January) so let's kick it into high gear!

    Well, I started this challenge at 246. I haven't been marking my weight, but as of today Jan. 22, I am at 231. I'm doing this with cardio and The 17 day diet. The doctor who wrote the book said if you followed this, the weight would fall off. He wasn't kidding. It's been easy for me to do and I really am starting to enjoy going to the gym. Yeah, that's a big surprise to me too. So, I guess next week is the last week of this challenge? Good luck everyone.
