    fat free lime jello (10 cal for 1/2 cup serving) with light whipped cream ( 20 cals a tablespoon ,depending on brand)

    I made an awesome winter snack tonight!

    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 splenda pack
    1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
    2/3 a cup of water

    Mix in mug and microwave on high for 2 mins,stirring halfway through. VIOLA ,sweet hot cocoa for under 60 cals. You could even put a marshmellow or two on top and it would still come to under 100.

    1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese plus a Wasa Hearty Rye Crisp with two tablespoons of Boursin Light Garlic and Herbs. That's 140 calories AND it's 40-30-30!

    Total: 130 calories!

    If I am really hungry but don't have a lot of calories for a snack, I like to steam 3 cups of mixed veggies and then drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar. 100 calories.

    dannon oikos greek yogurt - strawberry, with 10 plain m n ms mixed in. I don't know why, but I looove how they taste in yogurt and it gives me my chocolate fix without killing my calorie count (about 150 cals)

    My favorite one that I have before bed most nights is homemade hot cocoa. 1 cup skim milk, 2 t. unsweetened cocoa, 1 T. Splenda; less than 100 calories. Warm milk in microwave before adding other ingredients (learned that otherwise the cocoa doesn't want to dissolve). Its nice and relaxing right before bed (helps me fall asleep).
