    Baby carrots and hummus

My favorite as well, and just about any kind of fruit.

Right now... it's my local dairy's egg nog. One serving is 150 cals. *drool*

Otherwise, I have a childhood love that's come back: cucumber slices dipped in French (or Catalina) dressing.

And I totally second carrots dipped in hummus. Awesome!

tings. they are cheetos that are healthy for you, has the salty taste without a bunch of salt, and low cal. 3 year old loves them. 140 calories per serving. one serving is plenty for me. they are especially great since they are vegan as i am.

2 of the 50 cal tortillas from La tortilla factory. Add an assortment of veggies ( I like peppers and mushrooms) and a sprinkle of cheese for a veggie quesadilla.

2 ritz crackers dipped in peanut butter and chocolate ( really more of a treat, but they come put to about 70 cal each, so i make a dozen of them at the start of the week and ration them out)
