    Not a fantastic week for me this week, not feeling very well and some days the only exercise I got was for this and another challenge but at least I guess it got me doing something everyday.

    This has been a very competitve group. Which has pushed me even more. (thanks) With that said since starting these challenges this will be the 1st time that I have had to eliminate myself. That says alot for you group of gals. (congrats to everyone of you).

    Thanks guys! What a nice surprise, I was afraid I'ld be eliminated this week.
    @tsumpter - Sorry you had to eliminate yourself.:flowerforyou: Thank you so much for doing this challenge, it has really been helpful in getting me back on track. I loved trying all the new exercises, I really like the split squat & frogs.

    My week was a bit better but sadly not nearly enough exercise. My kids go back to School next week and I am hoping then to get into a much better routine again.
