:drinker: YAY!!!!:happy: :happy: Well we have never went to 500 posts on this challenge before so this is a huge record. At the rate we are going we may get to part 3.

This monthly challenge is based on working out five days a week, so for January, the challenge is to work out 22 days. Each day you do a workout, simply post the total number of workouts you've done for the month. Feel free to add any additional information, comments, etc., that you'd like, but please post the total number first.
For example, the first day you work out in January, all you have to post is this:

The next day you work out, all you have to post is this:

And so on.
