    This monthly challenge is based on working out five days a week, so for January, the challenge is to work out 22 days. Each day you do a workout, simply post the total number of workouts you've done for the month. Feel free to add any additional information, comments, etc., that you'd like, but please post the total number first.

    For example, the first day you work out in January, all you have to post is this:
    1

    The next day you work out, all you have to post is this:
    2

    And so on.

    Here's the spreadsheet of all your workouts through yesterday:

    I'd much rather have you post the total number of workouts. Thanks! If you want to include a ticker too, paste the link and add (only lowercase) before it and (also lowercase) after it.

    5 for 5! Today 30 min cardio weight work out. 7 exercises, 10 reps, 7 sets, light weights (5# dumbells) no stops. NO Rushing. Try to stay in target heart rate.
