    Week 4:
    Monday (1/23): 961 (60 min. Zumba; 45 min. (4.5 miles) running; 21 min. walking)
    Tuesday (1/24): 633 (80 min. Doubles tennis; 60 min. walking)
    Wednesday (1/25): 1031 (49 min. (4.5 miles) running; 60 min. Zumba Toning class; 13 min. elliptical; 40 min. walking)
    Thursday (1/26): 919 (60 min. Cardio Hip Hop class; 60 min. Zumba class; 30 min. walking)
    Friday (1/27): REST
    Saturday (1/28): 978 (84 min. (8 miles) running; 40 min. walking)
    Sunday (1/29): 925 (110 min. Singles tennis)

    Total for the week: 5,447 calories burned and 1 pound lost!! :happy:
